Why we collect your information

We collect your personal information when you sign up for our training courses, mentoring services, subscribe to our newsletter, or participate in our online community,  live group coaching sessions, or one-to-one coaching sessions.

This allows us to provide to you our mentoring, coaching, education, training, and support services. 


What we do with the information we gather

We use this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service:

  1. To tailor our mentoring/coaching guidance, recommendations and support to your needs, and ensure that it is relevant and targeted towards the outcomes you are seeking. 
  2. To improve our programs and services by understanding what topics are most popular, how members are using the Action Steps and Reflections, and to identify what our members are seeking.
  3. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products or programs, special offers, or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
  4. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, SMS or mail. 
  5. We may use your personal information to send you updates about our services, or to contact you if we need to resolve a problem with your account.

Information and Data We Share With or Transfer to Third-Party Businesses

We only share information and data with third-parties in order to provide our services to you.

MailerLite - We share information and personal data with MailerLite, which is the email service provider that we chose to work with. Whenever a potential subscriber to our products or programs signs up or creates an account, the following information is transferred to MailerLite:

First name, email address. 

We use the subscriber information within MailerLiteto send them information about their account and subscribed or purchased products. We use Aweber to keep in touch with our members (both free and paid) subscribers to give them account updates, news, and send valuable content.

Stripe and PayPal - Stripe and PayPal are payment gateways for people to join our Programs. All the payment details such as credit card or debit card numbers, security numbers, expiration codes are all stored by these payment gateways. Wellness at Work Australia does not itself collect or store any kind of payment information such as credit card, debit card or bank account number for its customers and potential customers. If the site visitor or customer has an issue with payment connected matters, the first place to look for answers would be to talk to either Stripe or PayPal. 

We will not sell, distribute, lease or share your personal information to other third parties. We will only share your information if required by law to do so.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and management procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

The access to the Answers section of the Members Area of this website is restricted to Adele Sinclair only.

  3. Welcome Area Closed Status Cookie: This cookie keeps the sites welcome area closed if you manually closes it. If desired, you can still open the welcome area using the pull down  arrow at the bottom of the welcome area. Lifecycle is 30 days.
  4. Announcement Bar Closed Status Cookie: This cookies saves your preference to not have the announcement bar appear after it's been closed. Lifecycle= 7days.

Mentoring and coaching relationships are inherently personal. As part of your mentoring relationship, you will be asked questions that are personal in nature. This is for the purpose of assisting you with your personal and professional growth goals. It is always your choice to decide how much you choose to share with your mentor/coach or with other Program participants.
